If you are a former student and are requesting a copy of your high school transcript or documents,
Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information. 

  1. For Transcripts, include:
    1. Name at Graduation
    2. Date of Birth
    3. Year of Graduation or Year Left
    4. Phone number to contact (in case of issues)
    5. Indicate official/unofficial copy
    6. Complete address to send the document to
